How To Return
To start a return, simply email us at support@prafia.com. We'll guide you through the process and, if your return is approved, send you a return shipping label along with instructions.
What We Need
To be eligible for a return:
- Items should be in resellable condition, with no significant signs of use, and must be returned in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Note: Returns that haven’t been requested through our support team in advance cannot be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@prafia.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective.
- The item is damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Gift cards.

Warranty
What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If your Prafia Printer malfunctions due to such a defect, we will:
- Repair or replace the product or its components at no cost.
Eligibility for Warranty Program
To qualify for the warranty program, you must:
- Be the original purchaser of the Prafia Printer from Prafia or an authorized dealer.
- Ensure the product has been properly maintained and not abused, misused, altered, or repaired by unauthorized parties.
What Will Prafia Do to Correct Problems?
Prafia will:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or
- Replace the product if repair is not possible.
Warranty Duration
- The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- If a replacement is issued, it will carry the remaining warranty period of the original product.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Report the issue to Prafia within 10 days of discovering the problem.
- Return the product freight prepaid, accompanied by a dated proof of purchase.
- Warranty work will only be performed by Prafia or its authorized representatives.
What Does This Limited Warranty Not Cover?
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, improper installation, unauthorized repair, tampering, or external factors (e.g., fire, flood, leaking batteries).
- Consumable items like thermal labels, cutting plates, and other disposable products subject to wear and tear.
- Services, postage delays, or issues caused by third-party carriers or platforms.
The warranty is void if:
- The product has been repaired, serviced, or altered by unauthorized parties.
- Damage results from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
