Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time:
Orders placed before 11:00 PM (CET) are processed and shipped the same business day from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Orders placed after this time are shipped the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, dispatch times may vary slightly, but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible from our Dutch warehouse.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers:
We offer various shipping methods to suit your preferences. Our standard shipping options include PostNL, DHL, UPS, FedEx, and DPD. The selection of the shipping carrier for each method is based on reliability and efficiency for your location.
3. Shipping Rates:
During the checkout process, you can choose your preferred shipping method and view the associated shipping costs.

4. Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location.
While we always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please note that actual delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or carrier delays.

5. International Shipping:
Prafia is headquartered in the Netherlands. All orders are shipped directly from our Dutch warehouse.
For orders within the European Union (EU), the value-added tax (VAT) is applied according to the specific VAT rate of the respective country.
For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, VAT is charged at checkout in accordance with UK regulations. No additional VAT or import duties will be charged upon delivery.
For orders outside the EU and UK, no VAT will be applied.
Any customs fees, taxes, or duties for those destinations may apply and will be shown at checkout where available.
6. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to you. This enables you to track your package's progress and estimated delivery date using the provided tracking number.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy:
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.
8. Shipping Restrictions:
Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to their nature or regulations imposed by shipping carriers. We comply with all shipping regulations and reserve the right to cancel orders or make modifications if necessary.
