Amazon.com Setup for Prafia

Amazon offers different types of labels for sellers. Below is an overview of each label type and how to easily print them with your Prafia printer.

1. Amazon Customer Order Labels

These are labels for fulfilling customer orders on Amazon.

How to print:

  • You can leave the print format as default.
  • Amazon will automatically generate a 4" x 6" shipping label, ready for Prafia and other thermal printers.
  • For the best print quality, select the PDF format if available.

2. Amazon ASIN Product Labels (Barcode Labels for Products)

These are labels that need to be placed on individual products before sending them to Amazon.

How to print:

  1. In your Send to Amazon workflow, go to Step 1.
  2. Click Print all SKU labels.
  3. In the print format options, select Thermal printing.
  4. Enter your preferred label size, for example:
    • 100 mm x 25 mm or
    • 57 mm x 32 mm (commonly used in Europe).
  5. Click Print all to download the labels, then print them with your Prafia printer.

3. Amazon FBA Box Labels (Box Labels for Shipments to Amazon Warehouses)

These are labels that go on the outside of boxes being shipped to Amazon fulfillment centers.

How to print:

  • Amazon now supports thermal printing for FBA box labels.
  • Simply select Thermal Printing as the print option.
  • Choose the 4" x 6" label size.
  • Print the labels directly using your Prafia printer.

Tip:

For all label types, always make sure the correct label size is selected in your printer settings
(usually 4" x 6" or your preferred size).
