Cropping a A4 page to a 4" x 6" label - Prafia Pro
Some shipping platforms generate labels on full-size A4 documents. Usually, one half contains the shipping label and the other half the receipt or packing slip.
To perfectly print just the label on a 100mm x 150mm (4" x 6") label, we recommend using our own tool for the best results.
Recommended Method: Use the Prafia PDF Label Crop Tool
Our tool lets you crop your label precisely without installing any extra software.
Follow these steps:
- Upload your PDF file
- Drag a 4x6 crop area over the label section
- Click Crop Preview, then Download
- Print the cropped file using your Prafia label printer
Launch Prafia PDF Label Crop Tool
Tip: Make sure your printer settings are set to 100x150mm or 4" x 6" label size.
Alternative Method: Using Adobe "Take a Snapshot"
- Download Adobe Reader if you do not have it already from the Adobe website.
- Save your label as a PDF file
- Open the file in Adobe Reader
- Rotate the label if needed by going to View -> Rotate View
- Go to Edit -> More - > Take a Snapshot
- Click and drag the box over your label
- Go to File -> Print
- If the preview looks good, click "Print"
