eBay Setup for Prafia

Printing shipping labels on eBay with your Prafia printer is simple, as long as you select the correct label size before purchasing your shipping label.
Follow the steps below for a smooth printing experience.

Step 1: Access Your Shipping Label Settings

  1. Go to the order details for the item you want to ship.
  2. Click Purchase Shipping Label.

Step 2: Switch to Advanced Shipping Settings

  1. If you are in the basic shipping view, click Switch to advanced shipping to access additional settings.

Step 3: Select the Correct Print Format

  1. Click on Show more to expand the options.
  2. Find the Print Format setting.
  3. Click Change and select 4" x 6" from the available formats.
  4. Save your settings.

Step 4: Purchase and Print Your Shipping Label

  1. After saving the correct print format, proceed to purchase the shipping label.
  2. Print the label via your computer and select your Prafia printer.
  3. Ensure the correct label size is selected in your printer settings (this is usually detected automatically).

Important Tip:

If you’ve already purchased your shipping label in the default 8.27" x 11.69" (A4) format, don’t worry.
You can easily crop the label to 4" x 6" using the Prafia Label Crop Tool before printing with your Prafia printer.
