PayPal Setup for Prafia

If you use PayPal for shipping, you can easily set it up to print your shipping labels in the correct 4" x 6" format for your Prafia printer.
Follow the steps below to adjust your PayPal label settings.

Step 1: Access PayPal Account Settings

  1. Log in to your PayPal Business account.
  2. Click the Gear Icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Select Account Settings from the dropdown men

Step 2: Navigate to Shipping Settings

  1. In the menu on the left, click Shipping under Products & Services.
  2. Under Shipping Preferences, click Update.

Step 3: Change Your Printer Type

  1. Under U.S. Postal Service Preferences, find the option to Edit printer settings.

  1. Select Label Printer from the list.
  2. Choose a supported 4" x 6" printer from the options, for example:
    • Zebra LP2844-Z 4.0" x 6.0"
    • You may select any similar option that supports 4" x 6" printing.

Important Note:

PayPal stores labels as files on their servers.
After you change your label format to 4" x 6", only newly created labels will use this size.
Previously created labels will remain in the old format.

If you already purchased a label in the old format (such as A4 or Letter size), you can easily resize it using the Prafia Label Crop Tool.
This allows you to convert existing labels to the correct 4" x 6" format, ready to print with your Prafia printer.
