Printing Amazon FBA Product Labels – Prafia Pro

With your Prafia printer, printing Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) product labels is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to print your ASIN (SKU) labels in the correct format.

Step 1: Prepare Your Printer

  1. Make sure your Prafia printer is connected and installed on your computer.
  2. Load your direct thermal labels into the printer.
  3. If this is your first time using the labels, we recommend running the automatic label identification:
    • Hold the top button on your printer until the blue light flashes twice.
    • The printer will automatically detect the label size.

Tip: If there are blank labels sticking out, remove them by:

  • Opening the printer,
  • Taking out the labels,
  • Closing the printer,
  • Feeding the labels manually from the back. This ensures it starts from the very first label.

Step 2: Set Up Your Custom Label Size

Create a custom label size on your computer that matches your FBA label dimensions.
Common FBA label sizes:

  • 57 mm x 32 mm (commonly used in Europe)
  • 100 mm x 25 mm (used for wider labels)

Step 3: Print Your Labels in Amazon

  1. Log into your Amazon Seller Central account.
  2. Open the Inventory menu and select Manage FBA Inventory.
  3. Find the product you need to label.
  4. Click the Edit button on the right side.
  5. From the drop-down menu, select Print item labels.
  6. Choose the correct label size, quantity, and type:
    1. Select Thermal printing.
    2. Enter your label dimensions (e.g. 57 mm x 32 mm or 100 mm x 25 mm).
  7. Click the yellow Print labels for this page button.
  8. Print your labels using your Prafia printer via the print dialog on your computer.
