Shopify Setup for Prafia

Printing shipping labels from Shopify with your Prafia printer is simple.
Follow the steps below to ensure your labels are printed in the correct format.

Step 1: Purchase and Generate Your Shipping Label

  1. Go to your Shopify Admin.
  2. Open the order for which you want to print the shipping label.
  3. Purchase and generate the shipping label as usual.

Step 2: Select the Correct Label Format

  1. On the Print shipping label page, locate the Print options section on the right.
  2. Click on Change format.
  3. Select the correct format for your Prafia printer:
    • Choose Label printer (4” x 6”) or Thermal printer format.
  4. Save your settings.

Tip: If you select the default 8.5” x 11” format, your label may not fit correctly on your shipping label. Always switch to 4” x 6”.

Step 3: Print the Label Using Your Prafia Printer

  1. Click Print shipping label.
  2. In your computer’s print dialog, select your Prafia printer.
  3. Confirm that the correct label size is selected in your printer settings (typically 4” x 6” / 100 mm x 150 mm).
  4. Print your label.

Additional Tips

  • Make sure your Prafia printer is properly installed on your device.
  • If needed, adjust the label margins in your printer settings to ensure a perfect fit.
