Subscription Policy

1. Subscription Plans

Prafia offers subscription options for select products, including label bundles.
Each subscription specifies the included products, delivery frequency, and pricing.
Details of your selected plan will be shown during checkout and confirmed by email.
You can manage your subscription at any time via your personal subscription portal: Manage Subscriptions.

2. Billing & Payment

Subscriptions are billed automatically according to your chosen billing cycle (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually).
By subscribing, you authorize Prafia to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

3. Renewal & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
Renewal charges will be billed to your payment method on file unless updated prior to renewal.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription portal or by contacting our support team.
Cancellations must be made at least 1 day before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods or unused portions of a subscription.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@prafia.com within 7 days of the charge.

6. Shipping

For subscriptions including physical products, deliveries will follow the schedule of your chosen plan.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate; Prafia is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.

7. Changes to Subscription Plans

Prafia may adjust subscription prices, features, or delivery schedules from time to time.
Any changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use of your subscription after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
