Vinted Setup for Prafia

Currently, Vinted only provides shipping labels in A4 format (8.27" x 11.69").
No worries, with the Prafia Label Crop Tool, you can easily convert these labels to the correct 4" x 6" (100 mm x 150 mm) size, ready to print with your Prafia printer.

Step 1: Download Your Shipping Label

  1. Log in to your Vinted account.
  2. Go to Sold Items.
  3. Select the order you want to ship.
  4. Download the shipping label (usually provided as a PDF in A4 format).

Step 2: Convert the Label to 4" x 6"

Since Vinted only offers A4 labels, you’ll need to use the Prafia Label Crop Tool to resize your label:

  1. Open the label in the Prafia Label Crop Tool.
  2. Select the crop area that includes the address and barcode.
  3. Save the cropped label in 4" x 6" format.

Step 3: Print Your Shipping Label with Prafia

  1. Open the cropped label in a PDF viewer).
  2. In the print dialog, select your Prafia printer.
  3. Ensure the label size is set to 4" x 6" in your printer settings.
  4. Print your label.

Tips:

  • Make sure all essential information (address, barcode) is fully visible after cropping.
  • If needed, use the "Fit to page" or "Adjust to page" options in your PDF viewer for better positioning.
